1: All work completed by AK design, shall remain the property of AK design until paid for in full.

2: Payments must be made in full before AK design hand over any finished work.

3: AK design will not undertake any project relating to Porn, Racist or Religious material or anything likely to offend.

4: AK design retain the right to refuse any projects which we might consider inapropriate.

5: Ak design name & logo shall not be used in any way without the express permission of its owners.

6: Any website build or makeover, the webmaster/webmistress must agree to have a link back to AK design on their
    frontpage

7: Ak design reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
